Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Plumbing Engineer to lead our innovative plumbing design team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in plumbing engineering design, including significant experience in commercial and institutional projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Expertise in using plumbing design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications (LEED, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of plumbing design principles and systems, including hydronic heating and cooling, water treatment, and drainage.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Revit MEP, HAP, or similar software.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integrated project delivery methodologies.
