Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastics Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in developing innovative plastic products and processes. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 7+ years of experience in plastics engineering, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of injection molding, extrusion, and other plastic processing techniques.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with sustainable materials and processes in the plastics industry.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for product design and analysis.
- Familiarity with FEA tools for stress analysis and optimization.
- Understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory compliance standards.
