Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of operators and technicians, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing best practices in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operators and technicians to enhance performance and efficiency
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:

- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
