Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Plant Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and safety across all plant operations.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of manufacturing processes, from production planning and scheduling to quality control and distribution.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in plant operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change and implement best practices in plant operations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience with implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
