Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale operational transformations and drive significant productivity gains
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior executive role within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and Industry 4.0 principles
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive operational insights
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certifications preferred
