Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust pipeline systems. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of pipeline engineers, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in pipeline engineering, including project management roles.
- Strong understanding of pipeline design, construction, and maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop engineering talent.
- Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance in the pipeline industry.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience with advanced pipeline modeling and simulation software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in pipeline design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAESAR II, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling and pipeline integrity management systems.
