Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Physician Recruiter to join the recruitment team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide excellent candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or medical staffing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare roles.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
