Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
Preferred:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare roles
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Glassdoor
- Ability to leverage data analytics for recruitment metrics and reporting
