Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and valid state license.
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on rehabilitation services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedic, neurological, geriatric).
