Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Physical Therapist Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Implement best practices in patient care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring staff
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical leadership role or administrative capacity
- Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy practice

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
