Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques relevant to physical therapy
- Experience with patient assessment tools and outcome measures
