Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Personal Care Assistant or Home Health Aide
- Proven experience in a personal care or caregiving role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
Preferred:
- Experience working with clients who have specific medical conditions or disabilities
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Additional training in geriatric or disability care
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with assistive devices and mobility aids
- Basic knowledge of patient care documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for communication and care coordination
