Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans and make necessary adjustments based on client needs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and understanding of care procedures.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with assistive devices and mobility aids.
