Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is required.
- 3+ years of experience in personal care or home health services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of personal care best practices and regulations, including relevant state and federal guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
- Experience working with clients with diverse needs, including the elderly and those with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
