Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, performing surgical procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene and care. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving our patients' overall oral health and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive examinations to assess periodontal health and develop treatment plans
- Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing, gum grafts, and dental implants
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on periodontal disease prevention, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes
- Stay current on advancements in periodontal techniques and technologies to enhance patient care
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and engage patients
Preferred:
