Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Junior Dentist to join our innovative dental practice. In this fully remote role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, providing high-quality dental care to our patients while honing your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct dental examinations and evaluations to assess patient oral health
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care measures
- Collaborate with senior dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in a remote or telehealth environment
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems
- Interest in continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest dental practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in digital imaging and radiography techniques
- Knowledge of dental treatment planning software
