Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and tracking inventory of dental supplies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to put patients at ease
Preferred:
- Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and radiography
- Experience in managing patient care in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid certification
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in taking and developing dental X-rays
- Familiarity with sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
- Ability to utilize dental practice management software for scheduling and billing
