Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Oracle Practice Manager to lead our innovative consulting team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our Oracle practice, managing key client engagements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional Oracle solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle practice, defining strategic direction, goals, and key performance indicators to achieve growth and profitability.
- Manage high-impact Oracle projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met while effectively aligning with client objectives.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of outstanding Oracle solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Oracle professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle solutions into broader business strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for new services and solutions, driving innovation within the Oracle practice.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle consulting or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle technologies, including Oracle Cloud, Database, and Applications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex Oracle projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle implementation in various industries, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or Oracle Database Administrator.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and Oracle Applications.
- Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies for Oracle solutions.
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
