Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field with relevant certification
- 5+ years of experience in a nursing technician role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience in a specialized clinical setting (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, etc.)
