Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and patient safety standards.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) or Ph.D. in a related field.

- Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with clinical staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
