Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in orthotic finishing or a related field, with a strong background in grinding techniques.

- Deep understanding of orthotic device specifications and quality control processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Certification in orthotic technology or related field.
