Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong record of research contributions with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within an academic or clinical setting.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, particularly in relation to oral diseases.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in diagnostic pathology, including histopathology and cytopathology.
- Experience with laboratory information systems and electronic health records (EHR).
