Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Pathologist to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- DDS/DMD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology
- Strong understanding of histopathology techniques and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- 3+ years of clinical experience in oral pathology
- Experience with digital pathology platforms and telepathology
- Research experience leading to published work in peer-reviewed journals
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging tools and laboratory information systems
- Experience with molecular pathology techniques, including PCR and sequencing, is a plus
