We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Ombudsman to join our team. Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality

- Experience working in an ombudsman office or similar role
