Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Hearing Officer to lead and oversee our hearing-related initiatives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in hearing management, public health, or related fields with a proven track record of leadership.
- Deep understanding of hearing regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative hearing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Audiology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience in a senior leadership role, particularly within a non-profit or healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and hearing assessment technologies.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their application in hearing services.
