Role Overview
As a Junior Nuclear Medicine Technologist at [$COMPANY_NAME], you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Responsibilities

- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Document patient history and imaging results accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your technical skills and knowledge in nuclear medicine
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
- Basic understanding of nuclear medicine procedures and safety protocols
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in nuclear medicine
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and quality assurance in imaging
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and PET scanners
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and imaging software
- Understanding of radiopharmaceuticals and their applications in diagnostic imaging
