Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or eligible for licensure.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with patients experiencing chronic illness.
- Strong understanding of the psychosocial impact of kidney disease and its treatments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis settings.
