Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Narcotics Detective Supervisor to lead and manage our narcotics investigation team. Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, assisting in their career progression.
Investigative Oversight:
- Lead complex narcotics investigations, ensuring thorough evidence collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance collaborative investigative efforts and share intelligence.
- Review case files, reports, and evidence to ensure compliance with legal standards and procedural requirements.
Community Engagement:

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, with a focus on narcotics investigations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of narcotics laws, investigation techniques, and criminal justice procedures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and evidence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or a related field.
