Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of microbial testing methods, including identification, enumeration, and environmental monitoring.
- Experience with regulatory standards such as ISO, GLP, and cGMP.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Experience with molecular microbiology techniques, such as PCR and sequencing.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Hands-on experience with microbiological techniques, including plating, enrichment, and biochemical testing.
- Proficiency in using laboratory instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, and biosafety cabinets.
- Experience with data analysis software and tools for microbiological applications.
