Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art laboratory operations. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement laboratory policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

- Monitor laboratory budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in laboratory management or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory safety regulations, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- PhD in a scientific discipline.
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., GLP, CLIA).
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and methodologies relevant to the specific area of research.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation, data analysis software, and laboratory automation.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
