Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting complex laboratory tests and analyses to support diagnostic processes, ensuring high standards of accuracy and reliability in all results.
Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in various laboratory disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced laboratory technologies and automated systems.
