Role Overview
We are seeking a Die Finishing Supervisor to oversee and optimize the operations within our die finishing department. This role is crucial for ensuring that our die finishing processes meet both quality and production standards while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the die finishing team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in die finishing or a related field, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of die finishing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and its application in die finishing.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
