Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health disorders.
- Certification in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
