Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct support or a related healthcare field

- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic illnesses
- Relevant certifications in healthcare or direct support
- Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation practices
- Proficiency in using medical monitoring devices and assistive technologies
- Basic understanding of telehealth platforms and remote care solutions
