Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 1+ years of experience in a direct care role or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, or chronic illnesses.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services available to clients.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and tools that support client independence.
