Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a direct care environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Certified Care Manager, Certified Nursing Assistant)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in care management software and electronic health records (EHR)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to monitor care quality metrics
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and compliance standards
