Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Support Manager to lead our team in providing exemplary support services to individuals in need. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality direct support services, ensuring that our clients receive the care and assistance they require to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and accessibility of direct support services
- Supervise a team of direct support professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including families, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to coordinate services and support

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in direct support services or social services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of person-centered planning and service delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges
- Knowledge of local resources and community services available to clients
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in case management software and electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform service delivery improvements
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote support technologies
