Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Health Information Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in health information management or health technology leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing EHR systems and managing large-scale health information projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:

- Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or similar credential.
