Role Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to lead our team in overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of mechanical systems within our facilities. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical supervision or a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and tools.
- Certifications in relevant mechanical systems or maintenance practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Familiarity with CAD software for design and modification of mechanical systems.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
