Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in electromechanical systems, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.

- Hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects.
- Familiarity with automation and control systems, including PLC programming.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, and sensors.
