Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the development of consumer products or high-tech equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA for 3D modeling
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) for analysis and testing
- Understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
