Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marina Club Manager to support the daily operations of our prestigious marina club. In this role, you will work closely with the Marina Club Manager to ensure the highest level of service, safety, and member satisfaction while contributing to the overall growth and success of the club.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day marina operations, including overseeing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
- Support the Marina Club Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management to optimize operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests
- Assist in organizing events, activities, and programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote club services and events, increasing membership and participation
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in marina management or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of boating and marina operations is highly desirable
Preferred:
- Experience in event planning and member engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certifications related to safety and first aid in a marine environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marina management software
- Experience with financial management tools and reporting systems
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the marina industry

Location
