- Assist in managing club staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associates degree in sports management, recreation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in recreational management, customer service, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in boating, sailing, or water sports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using club management software and tools for scheduling and member management.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations pertaining to recreational boating.
- Ability to utilize social media platforms for outreach and member engagement.
