Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Club Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our clubs across the designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving member engagement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving financial targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple club locations, driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize club performance.
- Foster a high-performing team culture through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring of club staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in club management or a similar leadership role within the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of operational management, financial acumen, and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of driving member engagement and achieving business objectives.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing multiple locations or regions with a focus on scalability and growth.
- Certification in fitness or wellness-related fields is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in club management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and business metrics to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
