Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in precision machining with a strong emphasis on lathe operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Extensive experience with CNC programming and setup, specifically with lathe machines.
- Strong knowledge of machining materials and tools, including carbide inserts and tool geometry.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspections and maintain quality control standards.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-axis CNC lathes and turning centers.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and machining.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a machining environment.
