Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of leading teams in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in maintenance operations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analytics tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Familiarity with facility management systems and building automation technologies.
- Experience in implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance maintenance processes.
