Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to address lease-related inquiries and resolve issues
- Support the preparation of lease abstracts and summarize key lease provisions for internal stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to lease expirations, renewals, and lease administration activities
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or a related area (internship experience accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with lease administration software or property management systems
- Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Knowledge of lease administration processes and terminology
- Experience with database management and recordkeeping
- Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts is a plus
