Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager to oversee and enhance our lease administration processes. In this strategic role, you will ensure compliance with leasing policies, optimize lease management systems, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of lease administration, including data entry, lease documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead a team of lease administrators, providing mentorship and guidance to drive performance and accountability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient lease management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of lease data to ensure accuracy and integrity while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment on lease terms and obligations.
- Prepare and present reports on lease portfolio performance and compliance to senior management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lease administration or property management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing lease administration processes.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and related contractual obligations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Professional certification such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM).
- Experience with lease management software and tools.
- Familiarity with real estate financial analysis and reporting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in lease administration software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with database management and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze lease data and produce actionable insights.
