Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize our leasing operations across multiple locations. This pivotal role will require you to develop and implement leasing strategies that increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue, while fostering strong relationships with property owners and tenants alike.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage leasing operations for multiple properties, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative leasing strategies to attract tenants and drive occupancy growth.
- Analyze market trends and property performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and improvements to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage all aspects of lease administration.
- Train and mentor leasing agents to ensure high standards of service and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns that highlight property features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and local community stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in property management or leasing, with a proven track record of success in a regional or multi-site role.
- Strong understanding of leasing processes, property management software, and local real estate markets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting in a leasing context.
- Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) are a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools to track leasing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online leasing platforms.
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, property owners, and team members.
