Required and Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:
- Internship or relevant coursework experience in real estate, finance, or lease administration
- Experience with lease management software is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with lease accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights using Excel
- Basic understanding of databases and document management systems
