Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Licensed Landscape Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
- 3+ years of professional experience in landscape design and planning
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of plant species, horticulture, and sustainable landscape practices
Preferred:
- Experience with urban design, green infrastructure, or ecological restoration projects
- Familiarity with local zoning and environmental regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in landscape design principles and practices
- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for site analysis and planning
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software and rendering techniques
