We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of IT Programs to lead our technology initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in IT program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale IT initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration in a hybrid work environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., financial services, healthcare] industry is highly desirable
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) or IT governance (ITIL, COBIT) are a plus
