Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our innovative projects. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Preferred:
- Experience in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
